WARMUP: While moseying to the front of the school, Duggars arrive per usual Duggar timing and parks. Doesn’t see Misty and I so we then see Duggars car pulling out of the parking lot. He finally saw us and decided to join in! Standard warm-o-Rama.
THE THANG: (1) 8 Count Exercises including Absolution, Bay City Scissors, and Dr W’s. 8 counts are always challenging but we need to do more of them as they are tough. (2) Dora (Standard) (3) headed back to the truck with a few minutes left for a Block-O-Rama. Banged out 15 goblet squats, kb swings, curls, and skull crushers before hitting time.
