WARMUP: Mosey and the usual
THE THANG: We named our coupons in an attempt to become more intimate. The goal of the workout was to not let the coupon touch the ground for the entire beatdown. We proceeded to do exercises, standing and on the ground, with said coupons, rifle and farmer carrying In between exercises. If any coupon touched the ground at any time, the first punishment was 10 burpees each. 2nd drop, 15 burpees each and so on. No coupon touched the ground until the very end when I did on purpose. Exercises included all of the usual fun coupons exercises.
