Squats at the top of the hill and run down to playground for pull ups

11s — LBCs // Merkins

Moseyed up to the blacktop and started at playground sign with merkins. Ran to the speed bump for LBCs. Bernie’d back to the start between each set.

Then we moseyed out and Nomad and I tried to catch Saluki in a staggered sprint. Needless to say we were unsuccessful. Saluki turned on the afterburners…

For Mary, Saluki called parking lot bearcrawls and we sprinkled some last minute merkins in for fun.

We honored Marine Pfc. Daniel B. McClenney who died June 24, 2004 at the age of 19, serving during Operation Enduring Freedom. He was killed by hostile fire near Bari Khout, Afghanistan. Puts a lot of things into perspective and we are thankful for his service and sacrifice.

Ended with COT. Prayers for Saluki and Nomad over specific prayer requests. Also remembered our brothers not with us this morning but there in spirit.
