By the time we finished, the stragglers had finally dragged themselves in. Lesson learned: be on time, or warm up alone. Then we ran to grab our coupons—because what’s a good beatdown without some extra weight?

Also, just for the heck of it since it was a special day, if anyone said “April fools” then we did five Burpee’s. Nobody took me up on it but YHC made sure we did a few Burpees along the way.
Picked up the six because no man gets left behind—but no man gets left where we found him, either.
The Finish:
Put the coupons away and closed it out with a 30-second low plank hold—just enough time to reflect on our life choices.
COT:
Ended in prayer and gratitude, because pain is temporary, but the brotherhood is forever.
SYITG!
