Another amazing morning dawned dark, cold, and early at the Vineyard. The stars pierced the frigid temps with their blazing light while 3 brave PAX gathered in spite of the frost and chill air. We got moving and in no time had punched the cold early morning in the face.

11s on the stairs near the parking lot- BBS at the bottom, burpees at the top, then run down the sidewalk, down the other stairs, and back to start for each round.
YHC took us into the neighborhood directly across Arnold Mill. The thinking is that the 3 of us could be nice and quiet. Mrs. Higgins proved this thinking wrong when she started barking. Thankfully it didn’t last when we rounded the corner and went out of sight.
From there we moseyed around the perimeter of the Vineyard, stopping at 4 loosely-defined corners to perform 5 burpees + 20 reps of PAX choice, taking turns choosing at each corner. We made it through a couple circuits in this fashion before returning to the flag 3+ miles later at time.
We prayed for several things including Lizard King’s new job, wisdom at work, and for my youngest sister’s health especially regarding a returning tumor at the base of her brain.
