THE THANG: Mosey to front of high school for 4 corners (escalator fashion). 10 BBSU, 20, Squats, 30 Plank Jacks, 40 Supermans. Next we attempted a compass. Pax circle up with feet in center in plank position. Rotate left 90 degrees hand of hand (feet stay in center), 5 merkins. Rotate right 90 degrees, 5 diamond merkins. Bailed out after two rounds as both the Q and the PAX were directionally challenged! Mosey to back of school for a cul de sac. Pax line up on circle and perform exercise while each pax sprints around the loop. R1, plank, R2, Air Chair, R3, Hello Dolly, R4, Superman. Relocated to behind the ag building for a rotating square. Station1 – pax does 30 prison pulls and then rotates. Station 2 – flutter kicks amrap, Station 3 – Burpees amrap, Station 4 – American Hammer amrap. Got in 2 rounds!
MARY: Got back to flag with 2 couple minutes to spare. Finished up with box cutters, misty frogs (Legionnaire has tried hard to make the name stick), Heals to the heavens
