Pulled one out of the exicon. I’m headed to the beach next week so needed something to get me bikini ready. Cindy Crawford routine says it will do just that.
the warm up:
SSH, Weed pickers, imperial walkers, sun gods /Michael Phelps, and windmills
Goal is 20 rounds of the thang in 30 minutes.
5 pull ups , 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 lbcs, 25 calf raises.
10 minute intervals – break and run around the fence.
Round out with some Mary – box cutters, hammers, pickle pounders, and something else.
Code yellow and downward dog calf raises were questionable in Viewing rating in the dark, but all Pax made it about 15 rounds. Good opportunity to test in the future if we improve!
