Quick lap around the front then circle up for a few IC SSH, Weed Pickers, and Imperial walkers before heading over to the board to see the menu for the day.
The plan was simple, the work was not. We had 20 exercises on the board each with a specific rep count, reps increased from 5 to 100 going up by 5’s. After you performed an even number rep count (10/20/30/40…) you took a quick recovery lap. We ran a little long, but more importantly, everyone finished all of the reps. It sucked, but every man continued to chip away at the workout until it was done, and at least I brought music this time.
