THE THANG: The morning started off strong with some rucking as the group hit the streets for a solid ruck around the block. Everyone was moving and working hard, getting the rucks in gear and pushing through as a team. Hopper, Oxbow and Mater kept up a solid pace with the rucks, while Wheelin’ and Shwin’ crushed the 5-mile run with speed and endurance. It was a beautiful day to get out there, with everyone giving it their all in different ways.

Moleskin:

Great to see the team working together. Hopper, Oxbow, and Mater kept strong through the ruck, keeping the pace smooth while pushing each other every step of the way.
Wheelin’ and Shwin’ didn’t just run, they crushed it, keeping an impressive pace for all five miles. No slowing down for them today!
Lots of chatter, good vibes, and camaraderie. It’s amazing to see the F3 spirit alive and well!
