Great way to start the day with these bros, in the gloom, getting stronger. We rucked the Tour d’ Canton with lots of stops for Merkins Circles, planking, wall sits, copperhead squats, LBCs, J-Lo’s as well as rucking and flutters. The flutters were lead by the Flutter King, Charmin who could possibly set the record for most ever flutters.

It was a good ruck and we all needed three or four seconds of a stargazer in the grass at the end.

We’ll be keeping several prayer intentions in mind today, like for my son Brennan, and Chop’s daughter Lauren who is traveling overseas, and Charmin’s job situation.
