WARMUP: SSH, Weedpickers, Tumbleweeds, Imperial Walkers
THE THANG:
The goal was to attempt an RS verion of 1000 stepups while bearing/holding a coupon. Coupons consisted of 20, 30, 35 lb kettlebells and a slosh pipe (roughly 35 lbs).

Each PAX chose a coupon and we started stepping on the concrete grandstands next to the tennis courts. After the first person reached 250 step ups we’d run a lap, then start step ups again, moving each person to a new coupon.

@Hustler complained for roughly 40 of the 45 minutes, and several times tried to incite a rebellion against the Q in an attempt to start COT, and mainly coffee drinking, as soon as possible. To his credit it was 28 degrees, but nobody was actually cold and several layers were removed during the BD.
MARY: At the 42 min mark finished up with 3 mins of Flutterkicks.
