THE THANG: Moseyed back to the tables near the cafeteria where each PAX got his opportunity to reach into my bag-o-candy. Each candy had a mini WOD associated with it and a short run in-between. Let’s go!

Followed by a “surprise core”

2.) Sour Patch Kids – “Starts Sweet, Ends Sour”
– 5-Minute AMRAP (Rinse & Repeat till time)
– Start w/ 2 reps and add a rep each round

3.) Skittles – “Taste the Rainbow”
-Red = 10 Jump Squats
– Orange = 10 Merkins
– Yellow = 20 Mountain Climbers (Rubicon)
– Green = 10 Frog Jumps
– Purple = 3 x 20yard Sprints

4.) Twizzlers – “Pull, Twist, Stretch”
-5-Minute AMRAP (Rinse & Repeat till time)
– 20 American Hammers (Russian Twists)
– 10 Rev Lunges (Rubicon)
– 10 Inchworms
– 20 SSH
