Rule – Hold onto 2 bowling pens the entire workout, even while running.

100 Flutter Raises (Flutter kicks but with arms holding pens)

Reverse Bowling

Set bowling pens up and bowled for reps. The goal was to hit the least amount of pens for lower reps, but if you threw a gutter ball we had to do 20 of each exercise
