It was a gloriously gloomy morning where the Q showed up fashionably right on time and almost forgot the workout.
Warm up: 20 side straddle hops, 10 weed pickers, and sun gods as the workout was being explained.
What followed was: 10 prison cell burpees, run 50 meters to pole; 10 reverse burpees, run 50 meters to pole; 10 push-up with knee-tuck and jump burpees, 50 meter run to pole; 10 reverse v-up burpees, 50 meter run; 10 regular burps, 50 meter run; 10 super burp, 50 meter run; 10 pistol burp, 50 meter run; 10 deconstructed burp, 50 meter. Then we reversed it back up the hill repeating this whole sequence🔥!
What followed was a solid round of burp back mountains with Turk n Burps at bottom of hill. With the icing on the cake being an infamous 3-5 min of MARY!
