WARMUP: Hit 5:30 and no Frenchman…moseyed the parking lot and did a standard warm up at spot 281. With no additional attendees in sight, ran to truck and grabbed our blocks.
THE THANG: Set cones at 10 -15 yards apart. Murder bunny to each cone. At each cone to 5 man-makers, 10 curls, 15 Skull Crushers and 20 Bent over rows. Arms were barking after this so ran the big loop out in front of the school. Much to our surprise, a dude wearing a signature Spartan Orange shirt appears from the shadows…the Frenchman had arrived. Finished loop with some exercises along the way. Returned to our blocks for a round of “Bring Sally Up/Down”. General consensus is that one cannot “not see” Bloodhound when doing this routine. Babyface offered the last routine with some overhead presses, running, and squats.
