Baba O’Riley Refuses To Cooperate!

Five minutes of Imperial Walkers  were supposed to be set to the perfect  five minute song, Baba O’Reilly by The Who. But for some reason he did’t want to cooperate and YHC tried 12 Days of Christmas – which lasted only about a minute! Tried to play my playlist and it refused to play.  Damn – not the same with out music for a beatdown…

Deck of Death Strikes Again – This Time At The Clinic! 

A routine done with a deck of playing cards where each suit is an exercise, and each card dictates the number of reps you do of that exercise all the way up to an Ace being 14 reps which will be done IC. Exercise  is complete when all 54 cards have been flipped. Bonus: There will be 2 Wild Card Jokers which will be for 20 Reps  IC for any exercise! Cards were picked in a rotation fashion with YHC picking the first card. Steeplechase decided for his Wild Card Joker to take us for a few laps instead of doing 20 Reps IC.
