WARMUP: WP, SSH, IW, MP

THE THANG: Each PAX took turns doing parking lot suicides to each row of parking spots while the others kept individual counts of the following:

Big boy sit ups x 50
Overhead claps x 100
Werkins x 150
LBCs x 200
Squats x 250

Had time to start through another round while doing the longest and last suicide line and then finished with flutter kicks.
