Mosey around the parking lot followed by the warma-rama. This consisted of side straddle hops, weed pickers, imperial walkers, sun gods, and finished it off with Michael Phelps. Next, it was time to pick out the best coupon to use for the next few sets of exercises. The first set included 25 overhead presses, 15 big boy sit-ups, and 25 squats. The second set included 25 tricep presses, 25 flutter kicks, and 25 lunges (each leg). The third set included 25 arm curls, 25 box cutters, and 25 burpees. all the exercises with the exception of the burpees were completed with coupons. Once the three sets were completed, we did a rinse and repeat of the sets with 5 less reps on each exercise other than the burpees, we did 15 less. After the second round of the sets, we put away the coupons and moseyed across the parking lot and circled up for some Mike Tysons, scissor kicks, imperial walkers, American Thors, and merkins. After that round of exercises, we moved into 11’s. This consisted of squats and merkins with shoulder taps. We lunged walk to one end and back pedal to the other end in between reps. We finished the exercises with a round robin consisting of jump squats, copperhead squats, monkey humpers, and merkins. The COT was short and sweet. Bo Peep provided the coffee and all was well.
