WARMUP: we ran for a little bit then did some stretchy exercises
THE THANG: we start with island suicides. At each island (6 in toral)we increased our reps by 5. exercises: Big boys, Squats, toe tap merkins.
Next we went to the benches for 11s with seated jumps and plank strp ups (on the curb)
