THE THANG: run then partner up one does 10/20/30 of various exercise while other jumps rope. It was a glorious collab of the McCoy Elementary 5th grade Skippers jump rope team meets Condor jumps meets the happy jack guarantee.

COT: covered everyone in prayer and headed to McDonalds where they over charged me $1.24 for a medium coffee 🤓 plus we won @c4 over with the skippers jump roping.
