- 30 Sandbag Squats
- 20 Pull-ups
- 20 Box Jumps
- 25 Med Ball Sit-up & Throw
- 30 Over Head Pulls
- Farmers Carry 100 yd (50 out and back)
- 100 double unders or 200 single unders w/ the jump rope
- 20 sandbags over the walls
- 50 merkins & 50 squat jumps
- 20 burpees
- Take a lap after each round
