WARMUP: Ran to the tennis bleachers, did some exercises including Sun Gods in cadence. The Beaker was confused at all of the joy.
THE THANG: 20 prison pulls, stop at a green grizzly paw and do that number of squats, continue to the tennis bleachers, get 20 dips, return to prison pulls, stopping at a blue grizzly paw for that number of BBS. Numbers greater than 50 were disqualified.
