I pulled up at 5:20 to set up. I see Butterfly and Syd were already there. I was done in about 5 minutes and he was still the only one there. Not looking promising. 5:30 rolls around and it’s just the two of us. So, we take a short mosey to the gym entrance. Quick warmup and we get to it.
4 stations around the campus. Run to each station and do one exercise per station. Once we get back to the 1st one, we change up the exercise and go from station to station. Pretty simple.
Good time getting to know Butterfly. I hope Sydney is taking a nice long nap.
