Crisp rainy morning to get things started at UCLA.
Warm-o-rama: SSHs, Weedpickers, Arm Circles
Phase 1 – Tabata workout – 1 minute on 15 seconds off, 5 exercises, 3 rounds. Exercises: 100s, Burpees, LBCs, Shoulder Taps (feet elevated), JLos
Phase 2 – Great in theory, didn’t work in practice. Goal was to walk on hands around a large planter between baseball fields. Feet elevated on the 2 foot planter. Stopping occasionally for step-ups, dips and derkins. Need to find a better place to do this in the future, cut this short to head to phase 3.
Phase 3 – Parking lot bear crawls. Bear crawl 25 yards perform 25 merkins, bear crawl another 25 perform 50 squats, another 25 yards perform 75 monkey humpers, another 25 yards for 100SSHs. Broad jump all the way back, perform one burpee every 5 hops.
