Warm ups were Sidestraddle hops, weed pickers, sun gods, and imperial walkers. We grabbed some coupons and proceeded to do: 12 Burpees, 11 LBC’s, 10 overhead presses, 9 curls, 8 merkins, 7 Freddy Mercury’s, 6 One Arm Row’s, 5 squats with a pause on the last, 4 diamond Merkins, 3 Big Boys, 2 Skullcrushers, and a mosey around the parking lot. We managed 3+ circuits, except for a highly motivated Carmen Sandiego, who knocked out a complete 4.
