THE THANG: had a lot of partner exercises but Manning and his old af back had to walk the track to ruin the planned fun. The tripod carried on with 50 donkey kicks each, balls to the wall, 11’s on easy mtn with jump squats/merkins, and roll call with pull ups/merkins
