WARMUP:
SSH, WeedPicker, Copperhead squat
THE THANG:
Stair pyramid: 5x10x15 merkins at top of the stadium stairs, 15x10x5 squats at the bottom of the stadium stairs, go in reverse once each pyramid apex is reached.

Burpee shuttle runs: Run in 10 yard increments on football field and when you return to goal line do n number of burpees where n is the tens digit in the yard marker you just ran to (e.g. 10 = 1, 20 = 2, 30 = 3, etc.) when you reach the 50 do 5 burpees and run to the other goal line, and step back down yard markers till you reach the goal line on the opposite field

10xExercise w/Active rest:
partnered exercises, one rests the other works
10x donkey kicks, balls to the wall rest
10x Merkins, plank rest
10x squats, air chair rest

Bear crawl, crawl bear:
bear crawl to curb and turn to crawl bear to go the rest of the way, repeat on the way back
