WARMUP: Headed over to front of school for normal warm-o-rama. Loosened up all the rusty bits and got ready to go. Apparently, Leg’s glutes needed a bit of extra loosening due to all the “proper” form he was required to do at TLP on Friday!
THE THANG: Started off with a 4 corners using the speed bumps. 10x Merkins, 20x American Hammer (kodiak), 30x Monkey Humper, 40x LBC. Got two rounds in with different modes of travel. Next headed over to the new(ish) asphalt for a straightline gauntlet of pain. Bear crawl to 1st manhole, 20x merkins, lunge to next manhole 20 BBSU’s, broad jump to 3rd manhole 30 Squats. Got a 2nd round in with Lunge, backward run, and high knees as modes of travel. Finished up with 11’s with dips on the benches and toe-touches on the curb.
