Down to bottom of stairs for Dips and Step Ups on the short wall, several sets with increasing reps. Finished with a round of derkins.
Did what is apparently now termed a goose run around the back parking lot to the side the field. A little twist when it is your turn to head to the front of the gaggle, PAX performed one burpee when the fell out of formation.
On the side field, 3 rounds of ALARM. A = Arms, L = Legs, A = Abs, R = R exercise, M = M exercise
