The Thang:
Three men, one small town, zero stretching, and way too much discussion about artificial intelligence before sunrise.
Backdraft took the reins and immediately decided that Ball Ground needed a full tour—apparently every street, hill, and questionable sidewalk required a visit. We moseyed off into the gloom, rucking nothing but opinions and bad ideas.
Somewhere between Main Street and “why are we over here?”, the conversation shifted from normal mumblechatter to AI. Backdraft and Rest Stop listened patiently while Duggar explained how AI is definitely going to change everything…
Duggar introduced OpenClaw, which sounded either like:

a revolutionary AI platform,
a failed Marvel villain, or
something you’d need antibiotics for.

Consensus was never reached.
Miles rolled on. We ran, we talked, we ran some more. No coupons, lots of burpees, lots of squats—just steady-state cardio and existential questions like:

“Can AI replace accountants?”
“Can AI lead a workout?”
“Would AI actually show up on time?”

Answer to the last one: doubtful.
We wrapped up having solved exactly none of the world’s problems, but confirmed:

Running is still analog
AI can’t take a HIM to coffee or get a 8 staples in its head
OpenClaw is absolutely going to come up again
