All of the PAX became The Mill SWAT Team members as we re-enacted the PT Workouts during SWAT School.
Began with some leg stretches on our own, followed by 10 weed pickers.
We then performed a 1.5 mile “Drago Run” to loosen up the lungs and legs.
PAX then performed 20 BBS, Merkins, Squats and Side Straddle Hops at the flag, ran 200 meters to the next location in the Mill parking lot and performed another of the same set, upping the reps to 25. PAX continued that rotation until 40 reps for each set was performed.
PAX then gathered in a “ring of fire” with each person picking an exercise. Flutter kicks, Merkins, Monkey Humpers, Rosalitas, Box Leg Lifts, Crab Walk Knee Touches and a shirt plank to end the morning.
