Warm ups – SSH, Weed Pickers, and Windmills.
The Thang – I had a deck of cards, workouts were based on the suit drawn and reps were based on numbers.
Clubs: Cross over cruches (big boy sit-ups with cross over punches to each side)
Hearts: American Hammers
Spades: Side Straddle Hops
Any face card or ace was 20x the workout, and any Jokers drawn were an immediate 20 Burpees.
So right off the bat, a joker was drawn. Pax moan, as expected. I know I shuffled this deck well! All in all, a good workout. I love how the 2 pax that showed up this week were soft commits and my HC’s didnt show… hmmm…
