• Started with thunder squats with overhead press (squat every “thunder” during Imagine Dragons)
• Cycled through stations and did a lap up the stairs after each station
  • Station 1: Mike Tyson’s & Bobby Hurley’s
  • Station 2: Mountain Climbers & Copperhead Squats
  • Station 3: SSH & Shoulder Taps
  • Station 4: Copperhead Merkins & Lunges
• Finished with core work
