It was a brisk and early morning at WSR.  Sooorie had tic tac toe, sandbags, and other fun games ready for the PAX of WSR.

To his dismay, the parking lot was almost empty upon his arrival.  From the darkness, Mouserat arose from the early mists, ready for gainz.

We did the standard WSR warm-up with a mile-ish ruck.  Great conversation and camaraderie were had. Afterward, we returned to the flag where we grabbed the cursed NUTS that Glamour shots bestowed upon us. We continued to wield these nuts with triumphant exuberance.  Up the stairs, down, and completed a set of 15/10/5 movements. For the remainder of the duration.

After, we gathered the gear, and attended the Guns and Hoses 5k, where mouserat was a sponsor, and Sooorie attended his duties to SFN.
