The Thang: Rucked down towards the Mill and stumbled across (3) Sandbags, (2) 40ish lbs and (1) 80ish lbs.

Continued down towards the Mill, ROF, held plank while we went around the circle for prayer requests. We rounded out the backend of the Mill.

Mary: Extended the ruck slightly to full time then (20) Flutter Kicks at the gazebo.
