The Thang: Lined up at each pole in the Car rider overhang. PAX held plank and dropped to low plank as last PAX jumped over, Indian run style. We did this for the whole length.
On to BLIMPS, with partners to break up the work but everyone keeping individual count. Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, and Squats at 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 reps, and a run down to the gym doors and back.
Finished out with Captain Thor. 1:4 ratio of crunchy frogs and american hammers. Ascended up to 10:40.
