THE THANG:

5 men showed up this Monday morning to get stronger mentally and physically and to get gainz. Q instructed the PAX that each member would lead an exercise however they wanted. Each exercise would consist of 10 reps. So each station would have 50 reps. Once 50 reps were completed PAX moved onto the next lamp post. Rinse and repeat.

Once Q was notified that 5 minutes were left Q instructed PAX to head back to the flag.

MARY:

2 minutes of MARY was given by Canoe and the Q.
