Some times you have to play the cards you are dealt. Sometimes those cards cause a lot of pain. Today was one of those days.

Each man was dealt a handful of cards. One man flipped, we did an exercise, then the next man flipped. After 10 exercises we ran a lap (I know even at a 0.0 we did a little running). Exercises – Merkins (of course since we are doing the May merkin challenge), Monkey Humpers, Jump Squats, Big boy sit-ups. Face value for reps with number cards, 15 reps for face cards, and 25 for Aces.
Another great morning for a workout.
