WARMUP: loop the big loop
THE THANG: Fun with lines. Cocaine Bear crawl from the top, merkin at the yellow (it was bad cocaine) lines. Pick up the 6. Run the loop. Next set of line, broad jump between with a squat at the line. Pick up the six and run the small loop. Journey across the front grass to the back fence then lunge between the fence posts with a squat at each. Suicide burpees at the light poles at the back entrance. Then mosey to the back awning at the bus lanes and duck walk between the poles with a star jump at each. Mosey back to the front and do a straightaway sprint to the flag.
