Quick mosey up the street to the camper parking lot. Standard warm up routine consisting of side straddle hops, copperhead squats, weed pickers, Michael Phelps, and sun gods. Just two of us so welcome and disclaimer was kept to a minimum.
Stole some ideas straight from the Exicon. Did Captain Therkins – 1:4 ratio with big boy sit-ups and American Hammers. 1 big boy, 4 American Hammers, then 2 big boys and 8 American hammers, and so forth up to 10:40. In between each set we did 5 Merkins and moseyed from one parking lot and back to the other. Something I hadn’t done before, and went well. Moseyed back to the gazebo for the next exercise. Spelled COLD – 5 Copperhead Merkins, 10 Outlaws each direction, 15 LBCs, and 20 Dips. Did two rounds of this before I got bored and decided we should mosey around the fire station. Came back for one more round with Copperhead Squats as a substitute, followed by one more lap around the fire station to arrive back just in time.
This went rather quick with it just being the two of us. Prayers for Ratchet and family as well as Brainfart’s health and housing situation.
Overall it was a nice time. Tried a couple of new things found in the Exicon and was happy with the way it worked out. Timing of exercises was a bit off so some running was added to fill things in. Mumblechatter turned into a first date at times, but it was great to get to know Downward Dog a little better.
