WARMUP: Big lap, then back to front of school. Various things including sun gods in cadence as is the Mace tradition.
THE THANG 1: 3 man dora. 1 person does exercise, 2 HIMs run laps. Everytime one lap is complete, 1 runner replaces the exerciser. Once you get going, you run 2 laps, then exercise, 2 laps, then exercise.
