WARMUP: ruck down to the playground for weedpickers & inch worms
THE THANG: we started with 11s of pullups and dips.
Next wee rucked around the bottom of the school, partnered up and did a round of 150 merkins while our partner farmers carried the rucks down the weird corridor under the school.
Once the merkins were done we rucked back around the bottom of the school to the opposite side of the corridor and repeated with 100 plank stepups.
Then we rucked BACK around again and this time we did 50 ruck geound to overheads while our partner rifle carried.
That took us close to time so we rucked around the school.one last time for the fond memories and then headed back to the flag.
