WARMUP: Normal warm-o-rama at the front of the school
THE THANG: First up was an “abulator” 4-corners using the speedbumps. Bear crawl short ends and mosey long ends. 10 BBSU, 20 American Hamers, 30 Flutter Kicks, 40 LBC’s. Next we moseyed to Creekland and worked our calves on the curb. 10x both feet, 10x left only, 10x right only, 10x both. Next we found some benches for a couple rounds of dips. Hey look at all those bobbing heads over at Creekview! Went to another set of benches for a round of step ups. Then tried something new called the Primate Humper O-Rama which consisted of 3 types of Monkey Humpers. 10x feet together, 10x feet shoulder width, 10x feet wider than shoulder width. This turns into a burner pretty quickly. Finished with a Rotary Phone using the lightposts in the Creekland parking lot. Run to each pole, do a burpee, return to starting point, run to next pole, etc. Got about 75% through this before we hit time and headed back to the flag.
