We haven’t really incorporated coupons into a beat down yet, so today was as good as any to start. We don’t have many available at the AO, so I brought some from my home landscaping and loaded a couple of cinder blocks for some special PAX.
Warm-up – Lap around the school, finish in front parking lot. SSHs and various stretching exercises.
PAX selected coupon of their choice, 30 reps of each exercise with something in between each set.
Exercises – curls, chest press, squats, skull crushers, hammers, overhead press
