WARMUP: 1/2-mile run, SSH etc.
THE THANG:
Three sports: basketball, disc and tennis. At various distances, trying to get as close as possible to the goal with ball, disc and ball-and-racquet. 10 burpies each of theee stations. Winner of each did one fewer burpies (we did minimum of 81 burpies this morning each). Pre-station exercises were merkins, sumo squats and Freddie Mercs.
