PAX mosey to stadium bleachers where the mountain awaited. Performed incline merkins with an increment of 1 all the way to the top of the bleachers and repeated back down to the start.
The Thang part 2:
PAX headed down from the mountain to grab a double quarter pounder on the football field. PAX started at the goal line and sprinted to the 25 and performed 25 merkins, then ran backwards to starting goaline. PAX then sprinted to the 50 yard line and performed 50 LBCs and ran backwards to the start. Ran to the opposite 25 and performed 75 squats and ran backwards to start. Ran to opposite goaline and performed 100 SSH. We had some extra time so we decided to count it back down to the original goal line performing 25 Squats, 25 LBCs and 25 Merkins on our journey back.
PAX mosey back to flag for a quick round of ring of fire merkins to finish our morning strong.
