WARMUP: SSH, Weedpickers, Tumbleweeds, Imperial Walkers, Sun gods
THE THANG:
Paired up for Doras on the hill. One PAX does KB swings while the other conquers the hill in one of the following ways:
*Broad jump up the hill. Lunge or mosey back.
* Lunge up and down the hill with kbell
* Farmer carry up and down the hill
* Bernie up and down the hill with kbell

After each team completed a variation of hill climb, they’d run to end of road and back. Finished just in time to mosey back to home base.
