At just about 5:30 and a Ford SUV comes pulling in but doesn’t park in a parking spot. It ends up next to the curb near the entrance to the locker room.  Door opens and out comes Crawfish! When questioned about his choice of parking, we are informed his son plays lacrosse and has a ton of gear to take inside at 6:00am. Satisfied with that answer (and also because it is now 5:30) we get going ourselves.

Little lap around the parking lot and some warm-o-rama by the flag.  Then we headed into the stadium (credit to Chitwood for scoping this out a few weeks back) for some 11’s on the bleachers with Dips at the bottom and BBSU’s at the top. A little audio challenge meant that only Crawfish and I could enjoy some tunes but Legionnaire didn’t grumble all that much.   Finished up on the bleachers and circled up for 3 rounds of Bay City Scissors/ Superman holds.  Lights came on so it was time to vacate the stadium.  Just outside we circled up once again for 3 rounds of Tammy Wynette (aka Stand by Your Man). Each took a turn at 10 merkins while the other 2 did squats IN SYNCH. Well, that was the plan but those French can screw anything up.  Mosey across the parking lot to the high school wall for some air chair squats while each pax dropped and did 15 American Hammers (4 count). We got 3 rounds in and then went to the benches at the front of the school for a modified round of Aiken Legs.  Running out of time so only got 1 round in before heading back to the flag.  Got 2 mins of Mary in to hit 6:15.

Good to have Crawfish back out and hope he becomes a Kodiak regular.  Certainly a great morning for February and always good to get back on the bleachers.
