Intro:  Normal F3 Intro with added Covid 19 Disclaimer:  6 Feet apart, No touching each other or each other’s things, No Coupons

Warm-o-Rama:  Ruck up and Head out

The Thang: The goal of the night was to get miles with a little PT mixed in.  The Pax would ruck for .5 to 1 mile and pause for PT.  YHC brought along a 20 sided Scatagories die.  At each stop the Pax would take turns choosing an exercise and in order to maintain cleanliness YHC would roll the die.  Which ever letter the die landed on, the Pax would do the corresponding number of reps of the chosen exercise.   (A=1, B=2, C=3, etc.) The Pax took Mill St. to Town Lake Parkway for a 3 mile walk to Etowah High School.  At this point the Pax were given the option to back track to the Amphitheater for a 6 mile Ruck or take the long route for an 8 mile ruck.  This being F3, of course the Pax choose the long route.    We turned left onto Putnam Ford Dr. took another left onto Bascomb Carmel,  Left again on to Dupree Rd.  and then our final left on to Main St. back to the Amphitheater.  In all we set a WNS record by covering 8.12 miles and it only took 20 min. longer than the normally scheduled 2.25 hours.

COT:  Prayers for the health and safety of all pax while we continue to socially distance and spend massive amounts of time with our children.

Naked Man Moleskin:  While it took a little finagling to convince my M to allow me to Q the WNS, and I regrettably had to promise her NO WaHo would follow, I was still quite happy to spend some time with my F3 brothers.  Though we were separated by the mandatory Covid-19 6 foot distance, we were united in the joy/pain of the Ruck!  Thankfully my M had nothing to worry about and all went well. I did learn a valuable lesson this evening though. Just because Bascomb Carmel may look like a quite road on Google Maps, in reality it felt like we were on a main thoroughfare.  Thank you for going the distance with me Men!
