The Groundhog Day Special
We did a quick mosey to the parking lot where we did the 7 of diamonds. We did an exercise at each corner of the parking lot and here were the rounds:
Round 1: 7 burpees
Round 2: 14 flutterkicks
Round 3: 21 merkins
Round 4: 28 Squats
After round 4, I saw my shadow so we had to go back to round 3 and do merkins again. At Flight Deck, the q can set up an exercise for when there is a flyover. We had a flyover, so we did 5 burpees after the second time doing merkins. We then went over to the Flight Deck plane and did some yoga. I find that this part of the workout is a perfect time to stretch everything out. We then mosey to the flag where we finished up with American hammers, j-los, and LBCs. We finished up with Name-O-Rama and COT. It was the coldest day in Flight Deck history, and I am very proud the men that braved the cold with me.
